The Brief

Support on-the-day delivery of a landmark celebration spotlighting Black British excellence in fashion and creativity in the lead-up to the Fashion Awards. We were brought on board to manage the guest list, provide on-the-ground support, and assist with post-event content coordination.

The evening needed to feel effortless yet elevated, ensuring some of the industry’s most recognisable names felt welcomed and celebrated in a space designed with them in mind.

The Idea

For a night this culturally significant, precision and presence were everything. Working closely with the STATE 360 team, we supported the flow of the event from doors open to the final guest departure. This included overseeing arrivals, handling guest communications and entry, and managing live support to make sure everything ran smoothly.

After the event, we helped shape the story that would live on beyond the night. That meant working through content to ensure the essence of the evening was captured with care — a celebration of joy, creativity and community.

This included:

  • Guest list oversight and on-the-door management

  • Guest experience support from pre-dinner through to the afterparty

  • Post-event content support to highlight the energy and intention of the night

The Results

A standout celebration that brought together some of the UK’s most influential Black talent across fashion, music and culture. From dinner conversations to the dancefloor, the night reminded us of the beauty in creating spaces that centre and uplift our community with care, pride and joy.

Guests included Bianca Saunders, Toni Blaze, Ib Kamara, Deborah Ababio, Saul Nash, CKTRL and more, all gathering in an environment that honoured creativity, connection and cultural contribution.
