About the role
We’re looking for a Programme & GTM Coordinator to support the early-stage rollout of a culture intelligence platform. This role focuses on building and coordinating an ambassador-led go-to-market strategy, supporting databases, outreach, UGC coordination, and programme delivery.

You’ll be working from an existing strategy and helping turn it into real activity through people, culture, and content. This is a delivery-focused role with a strong coordination and operations lens.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the development and rollout of our ambassador programme

  • Building and maintaining ambassador databases, trackers, and schedules

  • Coordinating ambassador outreach, onboarding, and follow-ups

  • Supporting UGC and organic content coordination

  • Helping organise and brief shoot days where needed

  • Translating strategy into clear actions, timelines, and next steps

  • Making sure actions are followed up and nothing drops

You’ll need to

  • Work independently from clear direction

  • Stay on top of databases, timelines, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate people, information, and activity calmly and confidently

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with contributors and ambassadors

Nice to have

  • Experience with ambassador or community programmes

  • Producer or content operations experience

  • Comfort supporting or briefing shoot days

Time commitment
Approximately 1 to 1.5 days per week
